Agent Terms and Conditions

To be an agent in good standing agents must work with Bliss Travels to facilitate services to their clients (e.g. respond to inquiries, forward emails…) and they must abide by the terms in our agent access agreement. Our agent access agreement outlines agent commissions and our mutual responsibilities. These include our promises to pay commissions to agents in good standing on future bookings of their clients, even if booked directly by us. It also includes the agent’s duty to respect our work product and our business! Itineraries and small venues or confidential information we provide may not be shared with other agents or other clients without our express permission. Sharing itineraries or other confidential or private information will result in fees: Bliss charges you an itinerary preparation fee for each unauthorized “share”.  This includes publication on social media. The sharer is responsible for the payment of each fee.  Agents agree not to take our confidential or itinerary information and book directly with our suppliers. Note: our small boutique properties do not pay agent commission. Our guides and drivers have exclusive arrangements with us and therefore may not be hired for independent jobs. All contact must go through Bliss Travels.
