First tell us what you are looking for and who referred you, and we will respond within 72 hours telling you whether our services are a good match for your trip needs, and if we have availability for your travel period. Keep in mind as you fill out the form that more information you provide about your wishes, and about yourself, the better your trip design will be!
We will NEVER share your information with anyone nor will we add you to our mailing list unless you ask us to.
How It Works
We receive your completed form and reply within 72 hours.
If accepted, we inform you by email that we have availability and believe your trip ideas and budget are a good match for our services.
We collect a $500** deposit and then make the consultation appointment and begin the planning process with you.
We discuss further trip details during a 1-hour phone consultation with you.
We send you a written proposal based on our discussion that includes an overview trip outline and an accurate price estimate (within your stated budget).**
We’ll then have a follow up phone consultation to review the outline and answer any questions and/or tweak the proposal details (e.g. add a day or destination, explain the pacing or our ideas…)
If you decide to move forward, we will collect a per person trip deposit and book your dates and your lodging, as well as reserve guides and other major services.
We then start the detailed customization process that includes the daily itinerary. This is the point at which we plan day to day details such as tours and excursions, and depending upon how far in advance planning has begun, we either work on or wait to plan line items like transfers, restaurants and tastings.
The $500 planning deposit-fee is applied to your trip deposit, and is not an additional cost once you book your trip with us.
If you prefer to take our outline and ideas and DIY rather than book a trip with us, that planning deposit becomes our fee, covering our time, our ideas and our services to date. There are no further consults (beyond the 2 outlined above, and nothing further is due from you).
Exclusions & Exceptions**
Pre-booking trip outlines will not contain small village or the boutique property names we use for our full service bespoke trips. Those are provided only for clients who have booked bespoke trips. If clients wish to DIY after their consult, they will have an outline with trip ideas, pacing and will be given lodging names for 1 place in each region in their outline for booking their own lodging (availability not guaranteed).
Deposit-fee of $500 applies to groups of 6 or fewer, or 8 or fewer (if families where 3 or more are children). Larger groups, corporate groups and business groups require more intensive design and therefore deposit/fee begins at $1000.
For those looking for itinerary planning only, Bliss Travels does offer Daily Itinerary Consultation Services. Rates start at $250 per day for 2-4 people. Our Daily Itinerary Consultation Service provides hotel names and village names for touring, which you can book yourself. Our Bespoke Travel offering is crafted for travelers wanting a full luxury product, not “information” or “DIY” travel.

We arrived amid the clamor and chaos at the airport, our private car was waiting to whisk us away to our hotel. Once we checked in, we went immediately to our hotel’s rooftop bar which we are still to this day fondly talking about.
