Payment terms:
Clients understand and agree to all the below terms and all of the items listed in our standard contract/waiver.
Payment:
To guaranty your space on a trip requires a nonrefundable deposit. This deposit is only refundable should Bliss Travels not be able to confirm availability by the time your deposit arrives, or if Bliss Travels should cancel the trip (this has never occurred.)
Final payments due received by Bliss Travels a minimum of 90 days in advance of travel unless other payment deadlines have been stated in writing. Some of our trips require payment further in advance of this. Sometimes we can make last minute exceptions.
All payments by check should be made payable to Bliss Travels, and mailed to 1420 Locust Street, Philadelphia PA 19102. Bank wire is available upon request. Paypal is also possible, but they charge us a 3.5% fee, which we pass onto you.
Payments are not refundable unless a written exception is made in advance.
Itinerary Modifications
Clients understand that changes to their itinerary (such as extended tour lengths or additional services) will result in additional charges. Clients will be informed of the cost. Payment is due at time service is rendered and prior to the end of their travel.
Unfortunately, if you cancel pre booked activities, services or lodging we will not be able to issue refunds or credits. These services are booked with providers who have reserved their time and space for you. (Changing the focus of a walking tour from one topic or local neighborhood to another is not a cancellation and we will happily do that whenever possible.)
Our guides, drivers and other service providers have been prepaid and last minute cancellations prevent them and us from accepting other work. We appreciate your understanding.
All clients are required to sign a standard Bliss Travels' contract and release form. All clients are advised to purchase travel insurance if they think they may need to cancel their trip.
