Tour France: Fall Vacation in Provence (Chateauneuf du Pape & Luberon)We arrived a few days ago. The weather has been crisp and cool, with sun just at the right times.Paris: Walking and photographing.The vines were changing when we arrived in Provence.We tasted in Chateauneuf du Pape --after a gourmet lunch in the village --filled with top wines. Thank you Andre!Tarte Tatin. Though not a "Provencal" recipe, is quite common in fall. Apples are everywhere.And a walk through the "mines" where the Provencal pigmentation is found.
