It is lavender season and time for mouthwatering produce, overflowing Provençal Markets and wine tastings from the region and all around France. It's our first Yoga trip, led by Joyful Yoga with travel agent Nancy Yeomans of Pangea Luxury Travel. Maximum of 12-14. Daily yoga in settings such as the ancient Borie village or overlooking lavender fields or vineyards. We customize meals and wines, and even activities. So, if you want to have “insider” experiences, and see and do things most tourists never get the chance to, then join us!

This yoga trip is customized, all new places, just for women, and includes all luxury lodging (luxury inn and castle), daily gourmet breakfasts at your leisure, all of the listed excursions, multiple wine tastings and gourmet dining:
Each trip is customized. All excursions are new. The inclusions are outlined below.
Private pick up and drop off at Avignon train station (single meeting point and time for group) for the transfer to/from Provence
5 nights lodging in stunning Medieval village in a private inn (beautiful rooms, a/c, wifi, private garden, panoramic views, pool & more)
Daily gourmet breakfasts of fresh baked breads and pastries, local fruits, artisan jams, locally made cheeses, yogurts, cereals and more
Gourmet welcome dinner.
Day at a top Provencal market, tour, tasting, music and fun.
Country auberge lunch with an option to hike the ruins
Visits to several of France’s most beautiful villages for sightseeing, shopping and meals, including a restored castle and walks through 1000 year old ruins.
Visit to 800 year old private home turned into a private museum. This is a bucket list experience full of art and history that you won’t see anywhere else in the world.
Michelin starred lunch with wine pairings
Private transfer for group to Avignon TGV station

Daily yoga and meditation led by Joy Aldrich or Joyful Yoga.
Activities include such things as:
Yoga in an ancient village among the ruins
Yoga overlooking the lavender fields and/or vineyards
Guided meditation walk through a 2000 year old path
Morning yoga in the garden
Evening restorative yoga or other meditative practice.
The trip will not be larger than 14 people. No big groups. No buses.
Paris or the Mediterranean can be added before or after for those wishing to extend their trip.
